Domus Inc. (hereinafter “Domus”) warrants that its prestressed concrete products shall have been manufactured to the specifications provided above, shall be free of material defects in the manufacturing process and/or shall be comprised of materials that are free of material defects. Domus makes no warranties or representations with regard to the performance of these products in any application. Domus’ liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective units F.O.B. at its plant on Factory Road, Antigua. For greater certainty, Domus shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any consequential loss or damages arising out of the use or misuse of these products.
